She hasn't gone online and sometimes feels out the loop and when the letter referred to ",com" she didn't know what to do! Your staff reassured her that she wasn't the only one and there were plenty of people in the same boat at her. They helped her with everything and she said it made her day. Thank you for looking after her - she's a special lady.
